He instilled in his family and staff the importance of serving families with professionalism, efficiency and trust. In 1983, W.G. Reynolds made his transition and the business was then owned and operated by his widow, Mrs. Ammer Louise Scales-Reynolds. Mrs. Reynolds maintained the tradition and legacy he left behind with high standards of professional service for over 20 years. Ms. Reynolds departed this life on March 1, 2006, but still leaves the same legacy. She believed that we must recognize the value of the life lived. It was her aim to provide a dignified remembrance for everyone.
